Priorities
Terrance has built a record of working with others and delivering real results for Jacksonville families. During his eight years on the Jacksonville City Council, he focused on practical solutions, responsible leadership and bringing people together to address the issues that matter most to our community.
Terrance championed Jacksonville’s first property tax cut in nearly a decade, helping provide relief for local families as everyday costs continue to rise. In Tallahassee, he’ll continue working to lower costs, reduce unnecessary fees and make Florida more affordable for working families, seniors and small businesses.
Terrance has made supporting Jacksonville’s police officers, firefighters and first responders a priority. On the City Council, he supported record funding for the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department to ensure our first responders have the staff, tools and resources they need to keep our neighborhoods safe. In Tallahassee, he’ll continue working with law enforcement, first responders and community leaders to keep our families and communities safe.
Terrance believes taxpayers deserve a government that is efficient, accountable and responsible with their money. He has worked to cut unnecessary spending, improve efficiency and make sure taxpayer dollars are being used responsibly. In Tallahassee, he’ll continue working to eliminate waste, improve government services and protect taxpayers.
Terrance believes government has a responsibility to enforce our immigration laws and protect our communities. He supports securing the border, enforcing existing immigration laws and ensuring state and local law enforcement have the tools they need to keep Floridians safe.
